Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the invisaWear jewelry and all original packaging, including the charging cable and manual, into a secure shipping box.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
